In groups, we were tasked with selecting and conducting a case study on a building in Kuala Lumpur that was materially interesting, and compiling our findings on a digital A1 poster.

Reflection

This assignment has taught me to appreciate buildings not just from their forms and layouts, but also for their materials. While I was visiting the mosque for this assignment's case study, making a conscious effort to observe the different materials used in the construction of the building let me appreciate how the alternating tile finishes affected the space. All in all, working on this assignment has taught me a lot.
