I really tried to get into the heads of the park's visitors with this project; focusing on practicality, usability, and functionality. I knew from the start that I didn't want to go overboard with twenty different programs for specific activities -- rather, I wanted to give them spaces that had direction, but would ultimately still be in the hands of the users when deciding on its purpose.

The people of Taman Wawasan all have different wants and needs, and this will change with time as well. This project really taught me the importance of designing with practicality in longevity in mind, to make a building that offers itself in service to the people, rather than imposing its purpose.

From a design standpoint, this was the first time I had experimented with facades on this level, and it has definitely given me an insight into what I could do with my designs in the future.
